Rebecca grew up on her family's dairy farm outside Martinsburg, PA.  She was a 2006 Homeschool graduate.  After high school she became a working student for Spring Hollow Morgan's, a horse farm and Evonly Equestrian Center.  While working on the horse farm, she attended the Allegany College of Maryland and Bedford Technical Center for the Veterinary Assistant program.  She completed the course in December of 2007.  In January of 2008 she began working at a local veterinary clinic and remained there for two years.

In April of 2010 Rebecca joined the staff of Lakemont Veterinary Clinic.  Her obvious love of animals has been an attribute to the care and well-being of the pets that come to the clinic for treatment.  She has used her past experience in a positive manner to contribute to the daily tasks and functions of the clinic.

Rebecca and her newlywed husband Shane live in Huntingdon, PA and enjoy outdoor activities - hiking, camping, canoeing, boating, etc.  Their children, furry ones that is, include Livie (Olivia), a two-year-old Brittney Spaniel and two cats, Jackie and Penny.
