Sarah was born and raised in Ashville, PA.  After graduating from Penn Cambria High School in 2002, she attended the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh, PA.  She graduated in 2004 with an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology.  She has been working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Lakemont Veterinary Clinic since February 2005.  In August of 2009 she was appointed to the Head Technician position at the clinic.

Sarah also works part-time when needed at CP Vets emergency clinic in State College, PA.  Her other areas of special interest are emergency medicine and dentistry.

Sarah currently lives in Duncansville, PA with her adopted miniature poodle Minnie.  Sarah and Minnie enjoy participating in agility and exploring local parks.  Photography, the outdoors and fishing fill up Sarah's spare time ... and of course watching Steelers and Penguins games!
