Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.  This also will allow our staff to prepare to treat your pet's emergency promptly upon your arrival.

After-Hour Emergencies

We at the Lakemont Veterinary Clinic are concerned about your pet's well-being.  We do provide emergency services for our patients 7 days a week.  Currently, we participate with other area veterinary practices to provide 24-hour emergency care.  In the unfortunate event that your pet would require after-hour emergency care, please call our regular office number 814-946-4676 and follow the instructions.  

We have a veterinarian and support staff on call 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has.  Emergencies can be things such a rodenticide poisoning, lacerations, prolonged seizure activity and severe traumatic injuries.  If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call our office.

Lakemont Veterinary Clinic, Inc. accepts payment via cash, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment in full be made at the time services are rendered.

We are able to provide a cost estimate for our treatment plan for all surgeries and hospitalizations.  You are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
